Dr. Soma Bandyopadhyay is presently working as Principal, Narasinha Dutt College, a century old eminent college of Howrah. She bears a good career throughout her academic journey. She is a Gold medalist in Anthropology awarded by the University of Calcutta. She has achieved the Young Scientist Award from the Indian Science Congress Association.

She has published a number of articles in national and international journals and has published multiple books in English and Bengali. She bears sufficient experience in both teaching and administrative works and serving her institution with commendable reputation.

With her extensive medical training and hands-on experience, she is committed to providing immediate, evidence-based care in critical situations. Her expertise lies in rapid diagnosis, acute patient management, and stabilizing life-threatening conditions with compassion and precision.
